The summers here see temperatures between 86°F (30°C) and 77°F (25°C). But with a onshore breeze from the Pacific and a refreshing pool to dip in, the days are fun and tropical.

Is it safe to stay in Troncones, Mexico?
Troncones is a small, tight-knit beach town known for its calm, local feel — very different from busy tourist hotspots. Many guests come solo and end up extending their stay because it feels so easy, peaceful, and welcoming. In fact, the biggest “risk” most people mention? Not wanting to leave.
Will the WiFi actually be good enough to work?
Our space is set up specifically for remote workers who need reliable connection. Guests regularly take Zoom calls, run meetings, and work full days without issues.
Why is it so discounted… what’s the catch?
Summer is “low season,” even though the temperatures are similar in summer, compared to winter. Instead of leaving rooms empty, this residency opens it up to remote workers at a significantly reduced rate. And here’s the part most people don’t realize: Many guests end up preferring this season because it’s quieter, more spacious and private
What if I can’t stay that long?
The 7-night minimum gives you enough time to actually settle in, get into a rhythm, and feel the difference without a huge commitment. That said… a lot of people extend once they’re here.
